What is Drupal?
"Drupal is a free software package that allows an individual or a community of users to easily publish, manage and organize a wide variety of content on a website. Tens of thousands of people and organizations have used Drupal to power scores of different web sites" - drupal.org
Drupal is a content management framework. For us this sets it apart from many other CMS packages as it gives an unrivalled scalability. We are yet to see a project brief for which Drupal could not provide an elegant and robust solution.
Along with our own implementation for Ofcom, notable adoptions of Drupal can be found at Warner Brothers Records, The New York Observer, Fast Company, Popular Science, Amnesty International, SonyBMG, Forbes, Harvard University, Tim Berners-Lee, TWIT.tv, SpreadFireFox.com and The Onion. These applications highlight the range that Drupal offers developers, from weblogs and social networking through multimedia management and delivery, e-commerce and financial applications.
